We opened our doors on November 5th, 2016 to an amazing reception from our beautiful town! Mayor Pete Cammarano said it was the biggest grand opening he had been a part of! Since that day we've had the unwavering support of our town + do our best to show our support at as many town events as possible. 

The name Cai comes from the family nickname of owner Colleen.

Take a seat by the fire, meet with friends or relax in the sun in our local artists Adirondack chairs! Whether you're just passing through or a resident of Metuchen, everyone is family!
